JOB TITLE:
Assistant Project Manager
Job Duties:
Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects, including project setup, coordination with field personnel, and subcontractor management. Review and interpret construction plans, assist in developing project schedules, and support permit acquisition processes. Coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to track project deliverables, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and ensure timely material procurement. Support project managers with cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. Attend project meetings, prepare reports, and assist with project closeouts, including punch lists and as-built documentation.
Key Considerations:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience.

Proficient in reading construction plans

Familiar with ProCore and MS Projects preferred.
JOB TITLE:
Project Manager
Job Duties:
Manage luxury brand retail projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful completion. Lead project teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, and maintain continuous communication with the Project Executive Team. Identify constructability issues, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and conduct weekly site visits. Oversee financial processes, including budgets, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, and change orders. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners while promoting positive subcontractor relations and supporting team development.
Key Considerations:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contracting company.

Experience managing luxury and specialty retail projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in maintaining project budgets and schedules.

OSHA 30 certification preferred (training provided).
JOB TITLE:
Superintendent
Job Duties:
Oversee daily site operations for luxury brand retail projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Supervise and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and on-site personnel to maintain project timelines and quality. Provide drawing clarification between architects, subcontractors, and owners. Manage site logistics, conduct daily inspections, maintain project records, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Address scheduling delays, enforce quality control, and coordinate with the project management team to meet project goals.
Key Considerations:

Commercial construction experience required.

High-end retail experience preferred.
