JOB TITLE:
Estimator (Fort Lauderdale, FL):
Job Duties:
Responsible for all aspects of the estimating process. Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Prepare conceptual budgets and estimating from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design, and design development documents. Perform detailed take-offs of all trades. Initiate and oversee entire bid process. Coordinate with vendors, engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors and communicate deliverables and procurement schedules. Ensure accurate and proper submissions and proposals by all subcontractors. Level subcontractor bid proposals for accuracy and scope gaps. Prepare scope of work documentation by division. Attend and lead subcontractor calls and meetings and conduct site visits as needed.
Rate of Pay: $ 60,133 per annum.
Minimum requirements: Requires Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and 24 months experience as an Estimator

JOB TITLE:
Assistant Project Manager
Job Duties:
Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects, including project setup, coordination with field personnel, and subcontractor management. Review and interpret construction plans, assist in developing project schedules, and support permit acquisition processes. Coordinate with vendors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to track project deliverables, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and ensure timely material procurement. Support project managers with cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. Attend project meetings, prepare reports, and assist with project closeouts, including punch lists and as-built documentation.
Rate of Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of commercial construction experience. Must be proficient in reading construction plans and familiar with project scheduling software (ProCore preferred).

JOB TITLE:
Project Manager
Job Duties:
Manage luxury brand retail projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful completion. Lead project teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and risk assessments, and maintain continuous communication with the Project Executive Team. Identify constructability issues, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and conduct weekly site visits. Oversee financial processes, including budgets, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, and change orders. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners while promoting positive subcontractor relations and supporting team development.
Rate of Pay: From $90,000 per annum
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contracting company. Experience managing luxury and specialty retail projects, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in maintaining project budgets and schedules are essential. OSHA 30 certification preferred (training provided).

Superintendent
Job Duties:
Oversee daily site operations for luxury brand retail projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Supervise and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and on-site personnel to maintain project timelines and quality. Provide drawing clarification between architects, subcontractors, and owners. Manage site logistics, conduct daily inspections, maintain project records, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Address scheduling delays, enforce quality control, and coordinate with the project management team to meet project goals.
Rate of Pay: Competitive salary (based on experience)
Minimum Requirements:
• Commercial construction experience required, with high-end retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading construction plans and documents
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety requirements, and building codes
• Basic construction skills with the ability to perform minor repairs as needed
