President and Co-Founder
Mike Sullivan, President and Co-Founder of Sullivan Construction, started in the construction industry over 15 years ago. Being a New York native, Mike began his career in the building sector through working at his family-run HVAC company based out of Manhattan. Taking on various construction roles throughout his former years, Mike was able to adapt to a variety of construction disciplines with ease and enthusiasm. Starting off as a superintendent after graduating from Lynn University, and eventually becoming a general contractor, he thrived in the luxury and high-end construction department. Now the president of his own company, Mike has launched a successful business of his very own. Being an active member of a number of industry-related organizations including RCA and ICSC, Mike Sullivan embraces what it means to be involved and dedicated, and thrives in cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships. Mike is now flourishing in the retail construction section and continues to take a hands-on approach in every job he tackles. Under the leadership of Mike Sullivan, the company has succeeded in building and completing countless top-tier high-end retail stores, restaurants, offices, and spaces. By delivering the utmost in customer service, Mike has been able to foster long-lasting client relationships which speaks to the company’s ultimate success.
AMANDA SULLIVAN
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Amanda Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, began her career in construction assisting a building engineer. After graduating from Lynn University, Amanda decided to take the real estate route, obtaining her real estate sales associate license. Amanda shifted her focus from her initial career path, which narrowed in on real estate development, to delve into the retail construction industry. Eventually becoming a project manager for a South Florida Developer, Amanda's love and passion for the construction industry only grew fonder. Through her various career pathways prior to becoming Vice President of Sullivan Construction, she gained the necessary and essential skills that would allow her to help build a successful construction company. Some of her duties, among countless others, are to ensure that each and every client concern and project detail is taken care of with accuracy. She manages information in all stages of the project, keeping documentation and performance in check throughout the job at hand. Amanda has helped build a thriving construction company with her husband, Mike, that is driven by always obtaining the highest level of excellence. Together, Mike and Amanda consistently work toward a common goal: the goal of certifying that each completed job is something in which the entire team can be proud of.
